I am getting the following error: “The invoice information entered does not match the UPS Account. To ship with this UPS account, the correct invoice information must be entered.”

I use my own boxes to ship my products. Can I set up the UPS plugin in such a way that it considers my boxes while calculating the shipping cost and printing shipping labels?

This setting is available in the plugin. You can set this up on the shipping manager section in order to create a shipping label.
