I am getting the following error: “The invoice information entered does not match the UPS Account. To ship with this UPS account, the correct invoice information must be entered.”

If I enable free shipping in my eCommerce system, it doesn’t work for UPS. You have to pay to use this carrier. How do I set up free shipping from a certain amount?

There is an option in the plugin where you can set a Flat rate as Free shipping. You can then set a certain value (for example 35) as the order value threshold and the delivery rates as 0. In this example, if your checkout cart has an order value of 40 then it will display as 0 as the shipping rate.
