Can I use the official UPS Shipping and UPS Access Point® Plugin to ship globally or is it limited to shipping within the 7 supported countries?

Yes, the packages manifested through the plugins can be shipped to any country, as long as the merchant has the UPS contract in place to use the relevant service.

Only the origin country is limited to the countries the plugins are available to which are: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands.
