The UPS app uses the same API to get a rate as ups.com, making it simple to validate if the rates are due to your contract or if there are rare cases of errors.

Create a Shipment
Ensure you use 100% the same data input for the shipment.
Make sure to use the same weight, dimensions, and services as your original shipment to accurately compare rates.

Check and Compare Rates
Compare the rate from ups.com with your expected rate.

Create a Ticket for Discrepancies
If the rates are not the same, create a ticket.
Include a screenshot of the rate discrepancy when creating the ticket.

Contact Account Manager
If the rates are the same, discuss with your account manager.
Talk to your account manager about your contracted rates if the rates match.
