1. Pedidos Abiertos

En la pestaña Pedidos Abiertos, el usuario puede ver todos los pedidos que los compradores electrónicos realizaron utilizando el servicio de envío UPS.

Edit Shipping services and Accessorial services before creating a shipment: User can change the ship

Edit Shipping services and Accessorial services before creating a shipment: User can change the shipping service and accessorial services of the shipment by selecting in the service list. Note: When user select ‘Declared value’ accessorial service to apply to a shipment, that value is automatically load from the associated order value from Prestashop database.

3. Envíos

El usuario puede ver la lista de envíos creados en la pestaña ‘Envíos’.

Cancel Shipments: user can cancel the selected shipments by clicking on ‘Cancel Shipments’ button. The shipment can only be cancelled if it is not yet processed by UPS.  If the shipment is already in transit or delivered, it cannot be cancelled from this screen.

4. Crear Envíos por Lote

El usuario puede crear envíos por lote a partir de una lista de pedidos con ambos, Para AP y Para Dirección.

5. Archivar Pedidos

El usuario puede poner los pedidos en la pestaña Pedidos Archivados seleccionando los pedidos de la pestaña Pedidos Abiertos y seleccionando la acción Archivar Pedido.

6. Desarchivar Pedidos

El usuario puede poner los pedidos en la pestaña Pedidos Abiertos seleccionando los pedidos archivados de la pestaña Pedidos Archivados y seleccionando la acción Desarchivar Pedidos.

7. Retención de datos

Los datos de pedidos y envíos se almacenan en la base de datos por un período de tiempo definido como se describe a continuación: Los datos en la pestaña ‘Pedidos Abiertos’ durante más de 90 días se moverán a la pestaña ‘Pedidos Archivados’.
