Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung
1. Offene Bestellungen
Im Tab Offene Bestellungen kann der Benutzer alle Bestellungen einsehen, die von E-Shoppern über den UPS-Versanddienst aufgegeben wurden.

2. Erstellung von Sendungen
Benutzer kann eine Sendung aus einer oder mehreren Bestellungen erstellen.

Edit Shipping services and Accessorial services before creating a shipment: User can change the ship
Edit Shipping services and Accessorial services before creating a shipment: User can change the shipping service and accessorial services of the shipment by selecting in the service list. Note: When user select ‘Declared value’ accessorial service to apply to a shipment, that value is automatically load from the associated order value from Prestashop database.

3. Sendungen
Benutzer kann die Liste der im Tab 'Sendungen' erstellten Sendungen einsehen.

Cancel Shipments: user can cancel the selected shipments by clicking on ‘Cancel Shipments’ button. T
Cancel Shipments: user can cancel the selected shipments by clicking on ‘Cancel Shipments’ button. The shipment can only be cancelled if it is not yet processed by UPS. If the shipment is already in transit or delivered, it cannot be cancelled from this screen.
If the shipment is successfully voided, the status of the associated orders will be changed to ready

4. Batch-Sendungen erstellen
Benutzer kann Batch-Sendungen aus einer Liste von Bestellungen mit sowohl an AP als auch an Adresse erstellen.

5. Bestellungen archivieren
Benutzer kann die Bestellungen in den Tab Archivierte Bestellungen verschieben, indem er die Bestellungen im Tab Offene Bestellungen auswählt und die Aktion Bestellungen archivieren auswählt.

6. Bestellungen wiederherstellen
Benutzer kann die Bestellungen in den Tab Offene Bestellungen verschieben, indem er die archivierten Bestellungen im Tab Archivierte Bestellungen auswählt und die Aktion Bestellungen wiederherstellen auswählt.

7. Datenaufbewahrung
Bestell- und Versanddaten werden für einen definierten Zeitraum in der Datenbank gespeichert, wie unten beschrieben: Daten im Tab 'Offene Bestellungen' für über 90 Tage werden in den Tab 'Archivierte Bestellungen' verschoben.
