1. Open Bestellingen

In het tabblad Open Bestellingen kan de gebruiker alle bestellingen bekijken die e-shoppers hebben geplaatst met de UPS verzendservice.

Edit Shipping services and Accessorial services before creating a shipment: User can change the ship

Edit Shipping services and Accessorial services before creating a shipment: User can change the shipping service and accessorial services of the shipment by selecting in the service list. Note: When user selects ‘Declared value’ accessorial service to apply to a shipment, that value is automatically loaded from the associated order value from OpenCart database.

Cancel Shipments: user can cancel the selected shipments by clicking on ‘Cancel Shipments’ button. The shipment can only be cancelled if it is not yet processed by UPS.  If the shipment is already in transit or delivered, it cannot be cancelled from this screen.

5. Archiveer Bestellingen

De gebruiker kan de bestellingen in het tabblad Gearchiveerde Bestellingen plaatsen door de bestellingen uit het tabblad Open Bestellingen te selecteren en de actie Archiveren Bestelling te selecteren.

6. Gegevensbewaring

Bestel- en zendinggegevens worden opgeslagen in de database voor een gedefinieerde periode zoals hieronder beschreven: Gegevens in het tabblad 'Open Bestellingen' die langer dan 90 dagen zijn, worden verplaatst naar het tabblad 'Gearchiveerde Bestellingen'.
