Open the UPS DashboardLink profile page
Navigate to the UPS DashboardLink profile page where your UPS Account data is stored.

Copy your UPS Account Number
Copy the UPS Account Number displayed on the DashboardLink profile page.

Reconnect your UPS Account
Click the "Connect my UPS Account" button and complete the connection process.

Paste your UPS Account Number back into the Dashboard
When you return to the Dashboard, paste the copied UPS Account Number into the new blank UPS Account Number field.

Delete the old UPS Account Number entry
Ensure the previous UPS Account Number entry is removed to avoid conflicts or failed authentication attempts.
