**ISSUES RESOLUTION IN DETAIL**

Checkout related issues

• Deprecated javascript functions was used. Majorly this was causing many features to not be working.
• Maps not loading because of the incompatible JS functions.

Shipping Label

• The plugin was not designed to handle the company name field at all
• Developed a feature improvement to get the company name from WooCommerce orders and pass it to UPS plugin
• In earlier scenario, if company name was not found then customer name was assigned as company name in the shipping label generated. This was a misleading user flow.
• This issue was taken up based on a customer ticket
