4. Troubleshooting

Orders are not synchronizing to the Dashboard

Should you not see your orders being synchronized to the Dashboard, please do the following:

  – Navigate to Stores -> Configuration
  – Select in the Scope “Default Config”
  – Navigate to Services -> OAuth
  – In the block “Consumer Settings” set “Allow OAuth Access Tokens to be used as standalone Bearer tokens” to “Yes” and save the changes

Please create a new test order and see if it’s synchronizing to your Dashboard. If you don’t see it, please reach out to upsplugins@ecommerce.help for support.
