How do I create an account and get started with Gorgias?

To create an account and get started with Gorgias, follow these steps:

1. Sign Up for Gorgias
Go to the Gorgias website (gorgias.com) and click on the “Start Free Trial” or “Sign Up” button. You’ll be prompted to enter your work email address and create a password. Alternatively, you can sign up using your Google account for faster registration.

2. Verify Your Email
After submitting your registration, Gorgias will send a verification email to the address you provided. Open the email and click the verification link to activate your account.

3. Set Up Your Workspace
Once your email is verified, you’ll be guided through the initial setup. You’ll be asked to provide your company name, team size, and other basic information to personalize your workspace.

4. Connect Your Support Channels
Gorgias allows you to manage customer support from multiple channels in one place. You can connect your email inboxes, Facebook, Instagram, live chat, SMS, and other integrations. To do this, go to the “Settings” section, select “Integrations,” and follow the prompts to connect each channel. You may need to log in to your accounts and grant Gorgias permission to access them.

5. Import Existing Tickets (Optional)

Set up rules, macros, and tags to automate repetitive tasks and organize your tickets. You can create rules to auto-assign tickets, send auto-replies, or tag conversations based on keywords. Macros help you respond quickly with pre-written replies.

8. Explore the Dashboard
Familiarize yourself with the Gorgias dashboard. Here, you’ll see your ticket queue, customer profiles, and analytics. Use the search and filter tools to manage tickets efficiently.

9. Access Resources and Tutorials
Gorgias offers in-app guides, a help center, and video tutorials to help you get the most out of the platform. Explore these resources to learn about advanced features and best practices.
