3. **General Settings**:
– Go to the “Settings” section in the dashboard.
– Under “General,” you can set your store’s name, logo, and language preferences. This information will appear in review request emails and widgets.
4. **Review Request Emails**:
– In the “Email Settings” or “Mail After Purchase” section, configure when and how review request emails are sent to customers after a purchase.
– Set the delay time (e.g., send an email 7 days after purchase).
– Customize the email template, subject line, and content to match your brand’s voice.
5. **Moderation Settings**:
– In the “Moderation” tab, choose how you want to handle incoming reviews.
– Enable auto-publish for all reviews, or set reviews to require manual approval before they appear on your site.
– Set up profanity filters and block specific keywords if needed.
6. **Widget Customization**:
– Go to the “Display” or “Widget” section to customize how reviews appear on your store.
– Choose which widgets to display (e.g., Product Reviews, Star Ratings, Q&A).
– Adjust the widget’s appearance, such as colors, fonts, and layout, to match your store’s branding.
– Use the provided code snippets or integrations to place widgets on your product pages, homepage, or other locations.
7. **Notification Settings**:
– Set up notifications for new reviews, so you or your team are alerted when customers leave feedback.
– Choose to receive notifications via email or within the Yotpo dashboard.
8. **Social Sharing**:
– Enable social sharing options to automatically share positive reviews on your social media channels.
– Connect your social accounts and configure sharing preferences.
9. **Save and Test**:
– After configuring your settings, save all changes.
– Test the review request process and widget display to ensure everything works as expected.
