I’m getting the error message “Invalid Authentication Information”
Should you receive the message “Invalid Authentication Information” here are the steps how you can address this issue.
- Navigate to: https://ups.dashboardlink.com/user/profile#upsAccount
- Copy your UPS Account Number.
- Click on the “Connect my UPS Account” button and follow the process.
- As soon as you’re back on the Dashboard, paste the previously copied UPS Account Number to the new blank UPS Account Number field.
- Make sure to delete the old entry.
